Prof. Amir Ali Mokhtarzadeh holds a B.Sc. and Higher Diploma in Computer Science, as well as a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) from the University of Huddersfield (UK). He also earned an M.Res. (Master of Research) and a Ph.D. in Dispositive Networks from Manchester Metropolitan University (UK).
On July 7, 2003, Prof. Mokhtarzadeh was invited by Prime Minister Tony Blair to a dinner reception at No. 10 Downing Street, hosted by the Department for Education and Skills (DfES) to honour lecturers and education managers of excellence.
In 2000, he received accreditation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales for the development of UK bank-related financial software. A year earlier, in 1999, he was presented with the prestigious Gold Shield Award by British Telecommunications at the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham, UK.
Prof. Mokhtarzadeh is a professional member of the British Computer Society and a reviewer for the Taylor & Francis International Journal. He has led the Robotics and AI Lab in the Department of Computer Science and Software Technology since 2015. Under his leadership, the lab has received many provincial and national certificates for student achievements in robotics competitions.
In 2019, 2021, and again in 2022, his lab was recognised as “Foreign Expert Studio” in Jiangsu Province and the city of Huai’an. In January 2020, he was awarded the Jiangsu Certificate of Friendship, followed in 2022 by the Envoy of People’s Friendship award from the Jiangsu provincial government.
His recent work includes authoring the Robotics and AI textbook, published in 2022. His research focuses on intelligent path planning, navigation systems, and human-robot interaction.

Amir Ali Mokhtarzadeh博士擁有英國(guó)哈德斯菲爾德大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位和英國(guó)曼徹斯特都會(huì)大學(xué)博士學(xué)位。2003年7月7日，Mokhtarzadeh博士應(yīng)時(shí)任首相托尼·布萊爾邀請(qǐng)，赴唐寧街10號(hào)參加由英國(guó)教育技能部（DfES）舉辦的卓越教師及教育管理者表彰晚宴。2000年，他開(kāi)發(fā)的英國(guó)銀行金融軟件獲得英格蘭及威爾士特許會(huì)計(jì)師協(xié)會(huì)認(rèn)證。此前一年（1999年），他在英國(guó)伯明翰國(guó)家展覽中心被英國(guó)電信集團(tuán)授予行業(yè)最高榮譽(yù)"金盾獎(jiǎng)"。
Mokhtarzadeh博士是英國(guó)計(jì)算機(jī)學(xué)會(huì)專(zhuān)業(yè)會(huì)員和Taylor & Francis國(guó)際期刊審稿人。Mokhtarzadeh博士自2015年創(chuàng)建了計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)與軟件技術(shù)學(xué)院“機(jī)器人與人工智能實(shí)驗(yàn)室”，指導(dǎo)學(xué)生團(tuán)隊(duì)在機(jī)器人賽事中屢獲省級(jí)、國(guó)家級(jí)榮譽(yù)認(rèn)證。該實(shí)驗(yàn)室于2019年及2022年相繼被江蘇省和淮安市授予"外國(guó)專(zhuān)家工作室"稱(chēng)號(hào)。2020年1月Mokhtarzadeh博士獲得江蘇人民政府"江蘇省友誼獎(jiǎng)"榮譽(yù)稱(chēng)號(hào)，2022年再獲江蘇省政府授予"人民友好使者"榮譽(yù)稱(chēng)號(hào)。
Mokhtarzadeh博士及其團(tuán)隊(duì)發(fā)表SCI論文等高水平論文二十余篇，公開(kāi)和授權(quán)發(fā)明專(zhuān)利十余項(xiàng)，2022年出版的《機(jī)器人與人工智能》教材被多所高校采用，主要研究方向涵蓋智能路徑規(guī)劃、導(dǎo)航系統(tǒng)及人機(jī)交互領(lǐng)域。
